Builders, contractors must give 'no Bangladeshi' undertaking: Maharashtra govt

Maharashtra's government requires developers and contractors in Mumbai to ensure they do not employ Bangladeshis and to report any presence to the police. This directive is planned for Navi Mumbai next. The state has arrested and deported a historical number of Bangladeshis but faces difficulties due to lack of cooperation from Bengal regarding documents.
