Six hurt as drunk driver hits pedestrians in Delhi's Old Rajinder Nagar

Kumar, employed as a driver, was apprehended at the scene. Locals and students gathered, demanding justice, citing concerns over pedestrian safety due to ongoing construction and lack of speed breakers.
