Top terrorist Altaf Lalli killed in encounter in Jammu and Kashmir's Bandipora

Security forces eliminated a Lashkar-e-Taliba associate, Altaf Lalli, during an operation in Bandipora district, Jammu and Kashmir. Two police personnel sustained injuries in the exchange of fire and were hospitalized. The operation was initiated following intelligence about terrorist presence in the Kolnar Ajas area. This action follows a recent attack in Pahalgam where 26 people were killed.
