Uttarakhand CM calls for strong mechanism to prevent encroachment on government land

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has directed officials to establish a robust mechanism to prevent encroachment on government land and halt illegal sales. He emphasized forming interdepartmental teams at the district level to remove encroachments and appointing a nodal officer to oversee cases in plain areas. Dhami also ordered strict action against illegal encroachment on riverbanks and land forgery.
