Saturday, 30 August 2025 () Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has approved a proposal to install three wheels from the Puri Rath Yatra chariots in the Parliament premises. The Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) presented the proposal during Birla's visit to Puri. Each wheel will represent the chariots of Lord Jagannath, Devi Subhadra, and Lord Balabhadra, symbolizing Odisha's rich cultural and spiritual heritage.
