Around 3,000 trucks stuck at Ukrainian border due to Polish drivers' blockade

IndiaTimes Sunday, 19 November 2023
Around 3,000 Ukrainian trucks are stranded on the Polish side of the border due to a blockade by Polish truckers protesting against government inaction since Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The blockade has been ongoing for more than 10 days, causing severe difficulties for the affected drivers who are facing limited food, water, and fuel. Ukrainian officials stated that an agreement to end the protest has not been reached between Kyiv and Warsaw. As a result, the flow of goods across the border has significantly decreased, impacting Ukraine's food shipments by road.
