Video shared on social media shows officer Flores surprising his girlfriend Clarissa who was flanked by two police officers after they pulled her over.

Flores got on bended knees and proposed to his teary girlfriend who, because of the pandemic, could not be next to him during his graduation.

Flores' colleagues, all part of the plan, cheered and applauded after the romantic 'traffic stop' drama.
