Van explodes in China after driver lights cigarette

A van explodes while waiting at the traffic light when its driver lights a cigarette on a busy road in China.The shocking incident was captured on CCTV cameras in the city of Foshan in China’s southern Guangdong Province on the 24th August.The footage shows several cars waiting at a set of traffic lights when suddenly a grey van explodes.A bright orange flash can be seen and the windows explode whilst the boot door is blasted open and things from the van fly out onto the street.The drivers of the other cars get out to see what happened and help the driver, identified as Fu, get out, where he sits on the pavement with his head in his hands.
