Union Minister for Education, and former chief minister of Uttarakhand, Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank visited Joshimath in Uttarakhand's Chamoli where a flash flood triggered due to glacier burst on February 07.
While speaking to ANI, Nishank said, "It's a very difficult situation, but ITBP successfully rescued people from 1st tunnel and now they're working on 2nd tunnel, which is approx 3 km long.
