Jaipur Express train firing: RPF official guns down 4 people; accused arrested | Oneindia News
A Railway Protection Force or RPF constable shot dead four people, including an assistant sub-inspector, on board a running Jaipur-Mumbai Central Express train.
An official said that the incident took place near Palghar railway station in Maharashtra.
The official said that the constable fired from his automatic weapon, killing the RPF ASI and three other passengers of the train shortly after 5 am.
Palghar is around 100 km from Mumbai.
The constable is reportedly named Chetan Kumar Choudhary.
The official said that he opened fire on his Escort duty in-charge ASI Tika Ram Meena in the running train.
