Security has been stepped up around Jewish places of worship and schools in several French cities as members of the country's Jewish community fear a rise in antisemitic attacks because of the Israel-Hamas war.
The Israeli military confirmed it carried out a drone strike this morning in Kafr Dajjal, southern Lebanon, killing Nasser Farran, a prominent Hezbollah operative involved in the manufacturing and procurement of strategic and unique weapons. The IDF described this operation as part of its broader efforts to weaken Hezbollah's capabilities to attack the Israeli home front. The military also released footage of the strike.
