A car traveling in the wrong direction struck a Kanwariya in Merath, sparking a violent reaction from the group of Kanwariyas. The collision, which resulted in damage to the Kanwar, led the Kanwariyas to vandalize the vehicle and severely assault the driver. Following the incident, the Kanwariyas caused a commotion and attempted to block the highway. The victims were en route to Haridwar at the time. Police are investigating the situation to determine the motives behind the assault. The altercation began when the Kanwariyas claimed that the car, moving against traffic, collided with them, prompting their aggressive response. The authorities observed the violence as the Kanwariyas damaged the car and created further disruption on the road.
