Not given a role in MP elections, Uma Bharti leaves for the Himalayas
Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Uma Bharti, has been left off the BJP's star campaigners' list for the upcoming assembly elections. In response, Bharti announced that she is leaving for the Himalayas. While she acknowledged the achievements of CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan, she also highlighted unfulfilled promises and unfinished projects of the BJP government. Bharti mentioned the Ken-Betwa River Link project, cow conservation measures, and the return of the idol of Goddess Vagdevi from the London Museum as examples of unkept promises.
