Israel bans Lashkar-e-Taiba, says 'Organisation responsible for murder of Indians'
Israel has announced the ban of Lashkar-e-Taiba, a terrorist outfit responsible for the Mumbai terror attacks, to commemorate the 15th year since the attacks. The ban was implemented without any request from the Indian government. Israel stated that it only lists terror organizations that pose a threat to its borders or are recognized globally. Lashkar-e-Taiba is responsible for the murder of hundreds of Indian civilians and others. Israel expressed condolences to the victims and their families and emphasized the need for a unified global front against terrorism.
