Tuesday, 16 January 2024 The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) announces an alliance with Congress for the Chandigarh mayoral polls, setting the tone for the Lok Sabha polls. AAP will contest for mayor, while Congress will take the posts of senior deputy mayor and deputy mayor. The alliance aims to win not only in Chandigarh, but also across India.
