'Conspiracy against me': Jharkhand CM after ED interrogation
Saturday, 20 January 2024 Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren claimed that a conspiracy had been orchestrated against him following an over seven-hour interrogation by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case on Saturday. Speaking to a sizable gathering of supporters outside his residence, where the questioning took place, Soren asserted that he was unafraid and ready to confront the challenges, stating that he would face the "bullets first." ED officers reached Soren's residence around 1 pm, and began questioning him.
