NIA files chargesheet against two in Baramulla arms seizure case

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) filed charges against two alleged Hizb-ul-Mujahideen (HM) members in Jammu. Mubashir Maqbool Mir and driver Waheed ul-Zahoor were apprehended after explosives and weapons were discovered in their vehicle at a Baramulla checkpoint on June 30. Waheed's attempted escape and subsequent confession led investigators to Mir. Both are accused of collaborating with HM operatives in Pakistan.
