The National Investigation Agency (NIA) filed charges against two alleged Hizb-ul-Mujahideen (HM) members in Jammu. Mubashir Maqbool Mir and driver Waheed ul-Zahoor were apprehended after explosives and weapons were discovered in their vehicle at a Baramulla checkpoint on June 30.
