Cold wave conditions sweeping the state have intensified as minimum temperature hovers well below the normal limits.

A thick blanket of fog enveloped Ambala, reducing the visibility to almost negligible.

It has also affected the normal lives of people as it has getting difficult to move out of the house.

Vehicular movement has been halted due to poor visibility.
