Shadow defence secretary John Healey has ruled out raising taxes on working people. It comes as Rishi Sunak accused Labour of increasing taxes by ÂŁ2,000 per family should they get into government. "We will not be raising income tax or VAT or national insurance - these are the things that count most as people are trying to manage their work income and family budgets," Mr Healey said.
