Tuesday, 30 January 2024 Rahul Gandhi in his first remarks on Nitish Kumar's exit from Mahagathbandhan said “The ‘Mahagathbandhan' (grand alliance) will fight for social justice in Bihar; we don't require Nitish Kumar for that purpose, we don't require him at all.” On Sunday, Nitish Kumar walked out of the opposition alliance and returned to the NDA fold. He resigned as Mahagathbandhan chief minister and within hours took oath again as head of NDA government in the state with the BJP.
Rahul Gandhi claimed that the ideologies of the RSS and BJP are spreading violence and hatred in the country and that's why Congress has opened a shop of love.
