Thursday, 11 January 2024 The National Investigation Agency seized illegal arms and ammunition, documents, digital devices, and cash in a multi-state crackdown related to the banned Babbar Khalsa International and the Lawrence Bishnoi crime syndicate. The raids were conducted in 32 locations in states like Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Chandigarh. The operations targeted the smuggling of terrorist hardware, funding of terror outfits, and organized criminal syndicates involved in bomb blasts, targeted killings, and extortions in India.
